Some things about drone services Florida, Alabama and other similar places

What is drone photography? Drones are suitably shaped flying objects that have propellers assisting in the flight. Usually they are symmetrically shaped and the number and position of propellers depends on the shape of the drone. Drone photography refers to capturing of images and videos from a drone to get an aerial view of the target location. Earlier this was carried just as a hobby, but now they are used by professionals to capture stunning aerial views of mountains, rivers, landscapes etc. In countries like Florida drone photography has great significance. This is due to the tourism industry that has gained great importance in these areas. You may have seen all the stunning aerial views of mountain valleys in tourism advertisements as well as in movies. These clips were made possible by the introduction of drone photography. Drones are also used for research purposes. More advanced drones can bear extreme conditions and climate. Thus they are able to capture images of inaccessible areas like huge power plants or dangerous forest areas. Thus they can also be used for wildlife photography to keep a check on the forest conditions. They are also extensively used to track any illegal activities, for instance, poaching, carried out in forests. Thus drones have made the jobs of researchers and investigators easy with their extensive uses. How drones can be more economical Nowadays, drones are available at very cheap rates. The aerial views you watch in ads nay either be taken from drone cameras or from helicopters. But as we all know hiring a helicopter is not at all cheap. They require huge investments from the customer. We also should hire a professional pilot which also requires quite an amount of money. So, hiring a helicopter can cost you a fortune. The case of drone photography on the other hand, is very different. Photography drones can be bought at cheap rates, around 100$, which of course is for beginners. More sophisticated and advanced models for professionals can be bought in the price range 800$ to 2000$. The costs of high end models may seem a bit too high, but when considering the camera quality as well as the build quality, you will never regret your decision. So drone photography saves you a lot of cash when compared to conventional helicopters which cost at least ten times more. Drone rentals are also available these days, so that you can acquire high priced models for a short term by paying a less amount. This make drones one of the best tools for aerial photography as well as for filming videos. Summary So as drones provide you with a range of benefits especially when the expenses are considered, its importance in today’s world is inevitable. Drones are nowadays also used for rescue operations. They can click photos of areas affected by any natural calamities like tornados, floods etc thus making it easier to examine the area. Due to the advancements in drone technology, it can also be misused easily. The use of the drones should be restricted by a license or a set of rules in order to prevent illegal activities. Filming in restricted areas or in private spaces especially should be avoided to the maximum extent.

Bare Feet and White Flour

Have you ever wondered why your parents did some of the things that they did. I did lots of times. My dad had so many regimented activities that I thought he had a screw lose or something. I’m only going to talk about two here because there are too many to put into one essay. I really spent time observing my dad as a kid and listening to him, and it wasn’t until I was about forty that I realized some of the benefits of his behavior and very recently some of the real benefits of his behavior. My dad had an unbelievable fear of getting a cold. He came home from WWII with malaria and tuberculosis. He was always cautious of sharing food, towels, cups, and silverware. Any watermark on silverware in a restaurant was sent back immediately. I remember one time in a restaurant in New York a fork went back three times. Some people send food back he sent the silverware back. It got so bad that one guy sitting close to use told my dad that the he thought that the waitress was on Candid Camera. If you sneezed you were accused of trying to bring a cold into the house, to try and kill him. He was hospitalized on December 27, 1967 due to a reoccurrence of the TB and was sent to the infirmary at the veteran’s hospital in East Orange NJ for 3 months. When he came out that’s when anything and everything could give him a cold. Two things were absolutes, cold feet and white flour. I never saw my father walk around without shoes or slippers on. He wouldn’t walk three feet without putting on a pair of slippers. If you sneezed he would always ask you what you ate. My sister, my mother, and I thought he was crazy. Bare feet and white flour would make you sick and if you got sick, well as he put it, “If I get a cold I am finished.” All of these things I observed always stuck with me. When I was about 40 years old I started to battle my weight. Always watching my calories and trying to stay in shape. The Atkins diet started to become very popular along with other diets that restricted carbohydrates, and other foods that contained you guessed it, white flour. Exactly what the old boy was talking about 30 years ago. Suddenly everyone had a carbohydrate allergy, was gaining weight, had type-two diabetes, high blood pressure, and all kinds of health issues because of white flour. I started to watch my white flour intake and I started to lose weight. The stuff I loved as a kid was something that could kill me. The stuff that my father said could make me sick was making me sick. Recently I was walking around the backyard with a pair of flip-flops on. I have a tendency to drag my feet when I walk primarily because my feet are kind of flat, something my dad had also. I walked from the shed to the concrete walkway and slammed my right foot into an Adirondack chair. I know I broke the middle toe, at least it looked broken. The next day passing through the garage I stubbed the same toe on a hand weight in the middle of the floor. I got into the car in agony looked down at my foot which had the same $3.00 flip-flop on it and I could hear my father say to me, “Will you please put your slippers on.” This isn’t the first time I stubbed that toe but it is the first time it dawned on me that my father knew me because I was just like him. He didn’t want me to go through the same agonies that he had gone through. He didn’t want me to get fat or stub my toes he just had a strange way of letting me know. I don’t think he ever gave me the reason why he did what he did, that’s probably why it took me thirty years to figure it out on my own. If I could ask for something I would ask that my two daughters learn the reasons why I do what I do quicker than I learned things from my father. There’s a question that kids ask all the time “Why do we have to do this?” Sometimes by the time that gets figured out it’s too late. So put your slippers on and have a piece of whole wheat toast, you’ll be glad you did. for more about Jim Burns

Contemporary Wood Platform Beds

Let's start be describing what platform beds actually are and why they are such a good idea. Basically they are beds consisting of a mattress on a solid platform raised off the floor by legs or framing. This allows for the floor space beneath the platform to be used for either living or storage. If built correctly, they can really give a lot of extra living or storage space to any bedroom, although they are chiefly used in kid's rooms to accommodate all their clobber. Platform beds are perfect for those who want a simple and minimalist look for their bedroom. Platform beds' appeal lies in their low-profile sleeping surface, simple lines and sleek design. These are beds whose base consists of a raised, flat, hard, horizontal surface meant to support a mattress. Platform beds provide firm cushioning and with the support of slats, they eliminate the need for a box spring or mattress foundation. Add to it the fact that the space beneath the platforms can be used as storage, and it's little wonder then that their popularity has been on the rise recently. With the simplicity of the platform bed comes versatility and easy maintenance. Whether you are looking to replace your existing bed or looking for an entirely new bedroom set, this bed is perfect for the occasion. Being so transitional, the platform bed can blend into any set that you already have or that you are looking to purchase. It compliments all different styles and can be decorated to have a more modern, clean line look or even to have a warm, inviting look, depending on your taste. There are many different platform beds out there, which can make it almost impossible to see each and every one while shopping for your new bed. But with all of those choices, you can be certain you will find the perfect one for your needs. You can choose from wood frames, metal, upholstered, leather, or canopy. Some have high headboards, low headboards, no headboards - all is true for the footboards as well. You can have one that sits on the floor or one that is lifted slightly. Not only can you choose the size of the bed, like you would with any other, from twin to king, but you can also choose to have a round bed. That should add a new spice to the bedroom Platform beds are easily suited to almost any bedroom decor. They bring warmth and style to a bedroom, and are easily dressed to match the room around them. Additionally, platform beds are ideal for homes where storage is at a premium, as storage platform beds offer space beneath the bed's platform complete with organized storage space. Its Never Too Late

It's Never Too Late Are you held back by a “what if?” What if I disappoint? What if I don't, what if I do? If I were to wake up and start a new journey, no longer avoiding the fear of what if, how would my life change? Am I ready for change and is it too late for me to change? A what if leads you to something – a leap of faith where the outcome is unknown. I took this leap of faith. It wouldn't be considered faith if there weren't some kind of fear to overcome, I guess you can say life gives you many tests. Well; I have a fear of any test! However, I know there was more to living life then what I was living, so scared out of my mind at the age of thirty, I tried to get my drivers license. Now, one reason that it has taken me until then to get my license is because I have epilepsy, making it illegal for me to drive. But in my heart that was all right. See, it was a good excuse not to have to take a test! Breakthroughs do happen, and in 1999, I was seizure – free due to an implant. Regardless, if I was going to live a full life, not feeling locked up in my home, I needed to get a drivers license. I studied for months. When I'd think about the test , all kinds of what ifs would race through my mind. What if everyone laughed at me because I fail? What if I wreck? I'd get so nervous and have mini panic attacks. Finally, the day of the test came – scared, shaking, almost lightheaded – I took that test and passed! There was something to the written test that gave me confidence to take the practical test. I wasn't as scared and then I passed that too! I found outside my family, driving was the love of my life. For me, it is a most exhilarating experience. That license brought me a freedom of mind. I thought, if I passed a driving test, I could do anything I wanted. So, I started thinking about going to college. But once again, the what ifs were too strong and so I didn't try until about two years later. I choose to change what what ifs instead of running from them. What if I do pass, what if I do graduate, what if I actually get a degree? Those what ifs finally out weighed the ones that held my hostage. With a deep breath, I took a step of faith and enrolled. Honestly, I would get nervous with every test, but I took them and passed them. I'm still working on graduating, but the what ifs no longer hold me back. No word can fully describe what freedom means in your life; it is a after all your personal freedom. I must agree with the insightful words of George Eliot: Its never too late to be what you might have been. I encourage you, as you lead the rest of your day, pursue those thoughts, “Its never too late” then engage. By Toni McAlister - Published in “Around Town Magazine”

Has The 'Crackberry' Taken Over Your Life?

Have you had a meeting with someone recently where you had a sneaking feeling that there were three people in the conversation?? There you were in the coffee shop or restaurant chatting away but every 10 seconds or every couple of minutes you heard a “Beep!” and the person you were talking were constantly checking their phone for e-mails or text messages. And did you feel you didn’t quite have their full attention? Welcome to the world of the Blackberry or the ‘Crackberry’ – the ubiquitous tool of the busy executive. As an owner of one of these myself I can well understand how some business people find it hard to not to let it take over their lives. I know people who take it to bed with them and can’t bear to switch it off, who are seen walking along the road composing e-mails. I’ve even heard of coaching courses designed to wean people off their Blackberrys. One Hotel, The Sheraton Chicago, even has special night safes for guests to lock away their phones overnight. The only way of retrieving them is to come down to reception and ask for them back. Why has this gizmo turned responsible adults into kids at Christmas, leading to tears and tantrums at bedtime when it’s time to put the toys away and go to sleep? Well one answer could be the ‘have it all now’ society. The internet means we can have instant answers to anything. Whereas 10 years ago everyone sent a memorandum on paper or wrote a letter, meaning the pace of commercial life was slower. Delayed gratification was the norm. Now the flow of information is such that most people absorb the equivalent amount of information in a single day that our medieval ancestors were exposed to during their entire lifetime! Plus, because of this constant and never ending stream of information flooding our lives, there’s a need to stay on top of all those e-mails. With a Blackberry at least you can get advance warning of impending trouble or experience the joy of a signed contract before you get back to the office. Then there’s the novelty aspect of receiving encouraging text messages looking important when your phone rings and you “have to take this call” (one of my personal pet peeves!) – echoes of my childhood recalling my Dad making excuses about not coming to the sports day because he had to wait for “an important call from Germany”. Now parents can’t make that excuse but instead have one eye on the high jump or the kiddies pantomime and the other on the latest announcement from the Chief Exec via their phone. The benefits of the Blackberry can be quite amusing – one evening meeting I attended the chairman was checking his phone and read out loud the vociferous e-mail from a disgruntled attendee who’d got lost on the way to the meeting and turned around and went home, stating that it wasn’t his fault that he couldn’t find the venue and what a stupid place it was to hold a meeting anyway. He ranted on about how he’d wasted his valuable time and could the chairman give clearer instructions next time! The assembled party found this hugely amusing. Here are 10 top tips to deal with the ‘Crackberry’ addiction 1. Don’t have too many applications on your Blackberry, stick to the essentials – i.e. phone or e-mails because do you really need all those functions? We buy a washing machine to wash clothes, but invariably it offers far too many functions, half of which we don’t ever use. 2. Don’t have your phone switched on whilst driving 3. Don’t look at your Blackberry during meetings, it’s disrespectful to everyone else – switch it off, unless of course it’s an all day meeting in which case you can excuse yourself for 10 minutes to check for anything that’s urgent 4. Save making lengthy e-mail responses for when you get back to the office 5. Don’t live your whole life through technology – get out there and meet people face to face 6. Don’t take your Blackberry into the bedroom – it’s not conducive to a good night’s sleep, or anything else for that matter! 7. Do you really need to communicate everything via your phone anyway? A few phone calls from your office could be more productive and save time, so don’t hide behind your e-mail 8. If you’ve found yourself mesmerized by your phone and it’s taking over – think about what it’s doing to your stress levels. Step off the technology roundabout, and slow down. Don’t be a slave to it. 9. Create some structure to your day and give yourself at least 1-2 hours where you’re not looking at e-mails at all. Being in touch with every aspect of your business may be important, however it’s equally important to have control over your time and work with a proactive rather than a reactive schedule, e.g. if you work from home, give yourself a break between 5.00 and 8.00 for instance 10. Delegate. If you’re overwhelmed with information think about using a VA (Virtual Assistant) to deal with some of your messages, and have a cull of the number of newsletters and other information that you’ve subscribed to. You can’t read them all anyway so be ruthless and cut them out of your life

Beach Wedding Cakes & Wedding Cake Toppers

If you're a bride-to-be, looking for a beach wedding cakes, what design should you be looking for? What design makes a cake so "by the shore"? Well, that depends on a lot of things. It depends on the couple's style, interests and hobbies. It depends on theme of the event, the time of year, the characteristics and layout of the location...just to name a few. Beach weddings are often destination weddings, a popular choice by many couples who are looking to wrap their honeymoon and wedding into one, or to have a smaller, intimate and inexpensive event. To boot, getting married near the shore is extraordinarily romantic, and can make your wedding experience and memories, that much more special. If you're a bride-to-be, looking for a beach wedding cakes, what design should you be looking for? What design makes a cake so "by the shore"? Well, that depends on a lot of things. It depends on the couples' style, interests and hobbies. It depends on theme of the event, the time of year, the characteristics and layout of the location...just to name a few. To get ideas on which cake may be right for your beach wedding, we've rounded up lots of ideas that we've included below: Sea Shell Cakes – You just can't go wrong with sea shells on a beach wedding cake. So what shells? Beaded periwinkle, Florida cone, and maculated ear moon, are some of the most beautiful sea shells for decoration. Small pieces of coral, is also another great choice. The sea shells can be real (wash them well!), or can be made from a variety of icing, molding paste or chocolate. Sea shells can be used subtly or as the main design of the cake. A cluster of shells, as the seashell cake topper is a must for this cake design. Marine Wild Life Cakes – Incorporate enchanting sea creatures, such as anemones, turtles, tropical fish, sea lions, jellyfish, sea stars, dolphins, whales, or sea horses. We did a wedding in Monterey a few years ago, and the reception was at the Monterey Plaza Hotel - which is right next door to the Monterey Bay Aquarium. The entire wedding party visited the aquarium the day before the wedding, experienced a private tour and had a wonderful time. The aquarium was the perfect inspiration for the theme of the cake. The cake designer subtly incorporated some of the sea creatures from the aquarium into the dessert. The topper was a large pearly clam with jewels and pearls pouring out of it, cascading down the side of the cake. (not real pearls, but fondant balls covered with pearl dust!) Surf Cakes – Crashing waves encircling the cake is the perfect trim for a cake with a surf theme. This style cake is most appropriate for couples who surf, or just love the waves. The surf can be puffy foaming waves, or just subtle hints of wave shaped frosting. Incorporating some blue into the cake can help it look more like the ocean. Airbrushing blue onto cake's frosting, gives a real nice blended, and realistic effect. Add in a surf boards or figurines surfing as your cake topper, and you're set. Tropical Flower Cakes – Hibiscus, cymbidiums, tuberose, or any of your tropical favorites. They can be used as a flower cake topper, they can cascade down the side of the cake or tiers, or used sparingly throughout. Tropical flowers can also completely cover the cake, or be used just on the base. Wherever placed, they will dress up the most plain and dull cake – and make it instantly gorgeous looking, and smelling. Sandcastle Cakes – Sandcastles on wedding cakes, are usually used as a toppers. But, we have seen entire cakes shaped like castles, or at least the top half of the cake shaped like a castle, with a few traditional wedding cake tiers below it. To get the sandy effect, the cake can be sprinkled with fine graham cracker crumbs or brown sugar. Palms and Coconut Cakes – To remind you of your beautiful location, how about a subtle design of palm leaves circling the outside cake? A few coconuts as garnish? A cake topper oasis? How about a cracked open half of a coconut as a cake topper, with bride and groom figurines lounging in it, as if it were a hammock? Buried Treasure Cake – You don't have to be in the Caribbean to pull this off. The topper could be a treasure chest with gold coins and jewels pouring out of it, cascading down the side of the cake. If you're in love with Pirates, make have figurine cake toppers of a bride and groom…one as Captain Jack Sparrow, and a fair maiden in her wedding dress, of course. Bamboo and Tiki Cake – Coat the outside layers of the cake with confections made to look like bamboo. You can also incorporate Tiki masks. We once attended a luau wedding and the cake had miniature tiki torches sticking out of the top, and around the cake on the table. When the bride and groom cut the cake, tribal drums were playing in the background. Ocean Activity Cake – Love to go snorkeling, fishing, diving, boogie boarding, or kayaking? How about bride and groom figurines fishing for wedding rings off of a pier? This would be easiest to incorporate into a cake topper, but don't forget figurines can be anywhere on the cake! Get creative! Any of your favorite ocean activities can be incorporated into your cake. Sea Bird Cake – Sea birds in flight, in love, with their long necks forming a heart. Best as a cake topper, but can be incorporated throughout the cake tastefully if sea birds are your thing. Lighthouse Cakes – Is your wedding near a really cool lighthouse? We've seen a lot of lighthouse cake toppers, but we also had a client who had her baker create an entire cake as a lighthouse. Another client had the two bottom layers of the cake as tiered rounds, and the top half of the cake was a lighthouse and its surrounding area, right down to the boating docks below it. Sand Cakes – Not real sand! Many bakers use crushed crumbs, like graham crackers, or brown sugar. The base of the cake can be covered with "sand", or the top of each exposed layer…or the entire cake! Our favorite, is when a pile of "sand" is formed at the base of the cake and spread out on the table a couple inches around it. Something can then be written in the sand, i.e. "Charlie and Beth Forever", or "CV + BE, 9/12/08". You get the picture. Nautical Cakes – Go Nautical! Anchors, ropes, buoys, wooden docks, life preserver rings, etc. These can be made from marzipan, subtly sprinkled around the cake, placed as the base, or used as a cake topper. Beach Relaxation Cakes – Our absolute favorite beach wedding cake is 2 Adirondack chairs as the cake topper, with 2 pairs of flip flops beneath them. Figurines of the bride and groom sitting in the chairs is optional. A regular beach or lounge chair can also be used instead of the Adirondacks. One of our other favorites was a figurine bride and groom snoozing in a large hammock as the cake topper, with sand and miniature beer bottles beneath them. Swimming Pool Cakes – Not with real water, we promise! Picture this: the top cake layer made to look like an endless swimming pool. This can be done by cutting the top square edge off of the cake (like a router would carve out the edge of a wooden table), to simulate an endless pool. Figurines of the bride and groom's heads could be sticking out of the top of the pool, with shades and sunhats on, holding cocktails of course! Hawaiian Cakes - How about leis as a cake topper? Or a hula bride figurine enticing the groom on the top of the cake? The cake could be wrapped with a sarong, or beach umbrella, Hawaiian cocktails, pineapples, or anything else Hawaiian could be incorporated. Beach Colored Cakes - Just want to use beach themed colors? Stick with white, tan, off-white, teal, and of course, blue. The use of blue can be subtle as the color of the frosting, or air brushed onto the outside of the cake for a blended or accented look.

Welcome the RC Helicopter World

An RC helicopter is the ultimate grown man’s “toy”. It is quite common to find full grown adults in the park enjoying this activity and actually taking it as seriously as any other sport. Serious enthusiasts will spend years building up their collection and an arsenal of tools. Building an remote control helicopter from scratch is something of an art and there are fliers who will spend days or even weeks assembling their helicopter. And for some the joy comes from the build rather than actually flying the aircraft. An RC helicopter is a type of model aircraft. The flier uses a hand held controller to move and maneuver the heli in the air. This control works using a transmitter to send signals to the aircraft. The mechanical operations of the bird can be quite complicated as some of them are exact miniaturized versions of a real life one. Learning how to operate one can be difficult especially with the bigger, more expensive and more complex machines. It takes lots of practice to perfect ones skills. There are however smaller versions available that are cheaper and easier to handle and this type of bird can even be operated by children as young as 7. These machines are powered using nitro, electric batteries or gas turbines and petrol. Nitro is the most popular option as the engines tend to be more powerful and can maintain continuous flight for up to 12minutes. Unfortunately, it is quite noisy and does emit a foul smelling gas from its exhaust which means it can only be used outside. Nitro is also very expensive to buy. The electric RC helicopter is quieter and cheaper to buy than its nitro counterpart. The lack of fuel costs also means it is cheaper to operate and maintain. Flight times for this aircraft range between 4-12minutes. A gas powered helicopter tends to be larger than other versions. This is an advantage as larger birds are more stable and easier to handle in windy weather conditions. Gas powered models are best suited to a flier with more experience and skill. Their disadvantage is that they can’t handle 3D aerobatic maneuvers. Helicopters also come with different pitches (angle of the blade) and this affects the lift of your aircraft. Fixed pitch models are cheaper and easier to maintain. Collective pitch models have a much smoother flight but are much harder to learn and do require regular maintenance. Commercial applications for an RC helicopter include remote observation, policing and filming. The military even uses them as spy planes or drones. A camera can be fitted onto the aircraft and used by a man on the ground to take low attitude photographs or even monitor criminal activity. The world of the RC helicopter is growing every day and so are the uses. In recent years the manufacturing costs have come down which has seen a reduction in purchasing costs and the cost of maintenance. So now this hobby is easily available to most people.

Adirondack Chairs: A History

Many inventions come from a want or need - such as the iconic Adirondack chair, which over the past century has become a well-known staple in outdoor furniture. Most homeowners will easily recognize the familiar design of the Adirondack chair, which is also known for its quality, durability and comfort. Many people do not realize how long Adirondack chairs have been in existence and just how much they have become part of American culture. The following is a look at the history of Adirondack chairs. How the Adirondack Chair Came To Be In 1903, Adirondack chair creator Thomas Lee had a problem and a want. With a large family of 22 who would stay at his summer home on Lake Champlain near Westport, New York he felt there was no comfortable outdoor furniture for them to sit. Because it was a hilly area, conventional chairs were difficult to sit on without feeling like you were sliding off. This prompted Lee to set about solving his problem by attempting to design a comfortable chair that would also sit well on hills. Finally, with the help of his family's feedback, he created the Adirondack chair. The chair's seat slanted slightly to the back to allow someone to sit comfortably on a slope without sliding forward. The Adirondack Chair Gains Popularity Lee's carpenter friend, Harry C. Bunnell, had a modest carpentry shop in Westport and was in need of winter income. He went to work building chairs based on Lee's design and then staining them green or medium dark brown. They were a huge success from the start and Bunnell quickly realized he had a winning product on his hands. In early April, reportedly without Lee's knowledge or permission, Bunnell obtained a patent for "a new and useful improvement in chairs." He called it the Westport Plank Chair. For the next 20 years, he manufactured the chairs, signing each one. How It Became Known As the Adirondack Chair The Adirondack Mountains lie west of the town of Westport, where the chairs were first created. In the Adirondack Mountains, there was a convalescent home for tuberculosis patients. Some caregivers at the home used the chairs as seating for the patients to sit outside and breathe in the fresh mountain air. Voila! The design came to be known as the Adirondack chair. Throughout the years there have been modifications such as rounded backs and contoured seats. Additional pieces have also been added to the original design such as Adirondack benches and rockers. All of these can be made of engineered wood or recycled plastic lumber in addition to traditional woods. You will often see these chairs on the beach, in the mountains, on backyard decks or around the pool. "Adirondacking" is a term coined in the South which means you are sitting in an Adirondack rocker. This term could be used to describe public picnics where the Adirondack chair is the main seat used or when people are sitting down in one of the chairs outside grocery stores while taking a break from shopping.

Five Exclusive Web Apps for Your iPhone

Internet connectivity is one of the most dynamic functions of iPhone. With each generation of this smartphone, this function just kept on getting better. The third generation came with 3G cellular network capabilities, which further enhanced it. Today, millions of users access the world wide web through iPhone. Owing to this increase in the use of mobile Internet, iPhone web development has taken a firm shape in the mobile app development industry. Uncovered Classic Book On 'Law of Attraction' - 1906

I just finished reading a book written in 1906. It is one of the most direct and concise books on the Law of Attraction that I've ever read. In fact, the first chapter title is called, 'The Law of Attraction'. It is only 54 pages as an ebook. The author goes into the explanation regarding frequencies which exist that are beyond our human perception. For example, a dog can hear sounds that humans cannot. A dog can pick up scents that humans cannot. Recently, scientists discovered that the Hubble Telescope was picking up a sound from the universe. It was a sound that is an E flat, 32 octaves below middle C on a piano keyboard. Some people of Jewish or Christian faith suggested that this sound was last echo of the voice of God. Hmmm.....may be. (There are several articles regarding sounds coming from the universe. Here is one link you might want to check out. This particular article talks about a sound found in a black hole that is emitting the drone of a frequency of a B flat, 57 octaves below Middle C. ) Nonetheless, the universe is emitting this sound, vibration. If you see your mind (I actually see it as my whole body) as a satellite dish that can both send and receive sound, you will get an idea of how thought vibrations are emitted. The human ear can hear sounds with frequencies no more than 1/20th of a second. The human range of frequencies heard is from 20 Hz to 15,000 Hz (one hertz equals one cycle per second). The author's point is that a vast array of sounds exist that cannot be heard with the human ear. Obviously, sound waves are passing by us all of the time in the form of radio signals. If you tune your radio to 680 AM, then your tuner and detector amplify sound into your speakers. You can't walk around 'hearing' radio signals as they pass through the air. Nonetheless, they are still there. Though brains waves can be measured, we have yet to discover how to measure the vibrations of thoughts. Even though we cannot hear them and though they cannot be measured, we still know that they exist. How many times have you ever answered your telephone while just 5 minutes before you answered it, you were thinking about the person who called? How many times has your telephone rang when you were about to call the very person who was now calling you? How many times have you struck up conversation with someone who says the very thing that you've been thinking about lately or just prior to them bringing it up? How many times have you heard someone, perhaps on the radio or in a religious service, who said something that was exactly what you had thought about recently? How many times have you gone somewhere and felt that you've been there before? All of these examples are not just mystical, esoteric 'coincidences'. We use the word 'coincidence' in order to explain something that we don't presently understand or at least, cannot explain. Nonetheless, they are still very 'real' in our multi dimensional world. Back to the classic Law of Attraction book. I learned more from this simple book on the Law of Attraction than from anything else I've ever seen. The writer, William Walker Atkinson, made his discoveries after several personal setbacks in his own life. His quest to find answers to his personal dilemma helped him to arrive at the understandings that we all know now regarding this Law. I've provided a special link in order for anyone to receive this book in electronic form for free. Just go to my website at and you will find instructions on how to get it. I am confident that you will gain a thorough knowledge and grasp the understanding of the law of attraction and how it works in your life in a matter of a few minutes. It is like having Cliff Notes on the law of attraction and how to put it to work in your life.

***International Protocol: International Greetings

More Details about international greetings here. There are several forms of international greetings. Whether two businesspeople use a handshake, kiss and/or bow, for example, will depend on their cultural backgrounds. It is always a good idea to check with someone familiar with the customs of your host country before you travel or host international clients so you understand the acceptable and practiced forms of greeting. Handshakes Like other aspects of business etiquette, there are different rules of handshaking to be aware of when dealing with foreign visitors or traveling abroad. There are many differences in handshakes worldwide, including who extends whose hand first, how many hands you shake, and whether you shake hands with women. The firmness and duration of the handshake might also change, depending on the location. The significance of handshakes also varies internationally. Never make assumptions about people based on their handshakes, regardless if you are the visitor or the host. The variations indicate cultural differences rather than a person's personality, as some Americans may believe. For instance, in Japan, a limp grip is the accepted behavior, not a sign of weakness. A Japanese visitor to the United States may not change his typical shake until he has become accustomed to the American method. Also be careful about assigning too much significance to a handshake, particularly as a symbol of commitment at the end of business negotiations. In Italy, the handshake is an important gesture of trust; but, in general, doing business on a handshake is dying out in Europe. To be safe, when shaking hands with someone for the first time, always extend your right hand. Be cautious with the left hand. In parts of Africa, Asia or the Middle East, there are taboos against using the left hand. It is considered "the dirty hand"--the one used for bathroom functions. In Belgium, France, Germany, Russia, Sweden and most of the rest of Eastern Europe, you must shake hands with everyone in the party upon arriving and leaving--do not simply wave hello or good-bye. Start with the highest-ranking or oldest person. The most important person usually extends his hand first. In Asia, be cautious. You do not want to force a handshake on anyone. In Japan, take your cue about whether to shake hands, bow or do both, from your host. In South Korea, you will probably shake hands. In Arab countries, men may find themselves shaking hands several times a day, whenever you go apart and then meet again. There are no longer established differences between men and women when shaking hands in the United States; but this is not always the case in other countries. In Europe, a man should usually not extend a hand until the woman does so first. Women should make sure they do extend a hand; they will lose credibility if they don't. In some European countries, many of the old formal rules are loosening, especially among younger people. This means you will have to gauge the appropriate action by the specific situation. In Asia, a man should usually wait for the woman to act before he extends a hand. If she doesn't extend her hand, don't extend yours. Women should be sensitive to this; it's not polite to force it. In China and Korea, however, a woman can extend her hand first. In Japan, you need to judge by the situation. Generally speaking, Arab men and women do not shake hands with each other. A woman should be cautious about extending her hand to an Arab, though many Arabs are now familiar with U.S. customs and will shake hands with women. Handshakes between men and women also are unusual in India. Hasidic Jewish men worldwide will not shake hands with women because a man is not allowed to touch any woman other than his wife. Kissing and/or Hugging Two other forms of international greeting that vary from country to country are the kiss and hug. In the United States, incorporating a kiss on the cheek or hug as a form of greeting usually only happens between good friends, and rarely between two men. Keep in mind that in other countries, these actions are part of a polite and friendly protocol. What a kiss or hug from your international counterpart generally means is you are being officially welcomed. This kiss-and-hug "hello" has no more significance than a handshake. Visitors from countries with kiss-and-hug greetings may use them reflexively when meeting people in the United States. If a foreign visitor kisses or hugs you in the United States, it's appropriate to accept those gestures in the spirit in which they are offered. In Latin America, you may encounter "the abrazo," a full embrace with pats on the back. You also may be kissed and hugged in Russia. In the United Arab Emirates, men will kiss other men three to four times on the cheeks. In Saudi Arabia, a male guest may be kissed on both cheeks after shaking hands. In France, you might see people kissing alternate cheeks (actually, rubbing cheeks and kissing the air). Generally, in Europe, kissing occurs only after the relationship has become somewhat more personal. As the foreigner, it is a safe bet not to initiate the practice but let the other person start. The Bow Another physical form of greeting is the bow. While most Americans associate "taking a bow" with receiving applause, to bow as part of a greeting is an act of humbling oneself before another, of showing respect. Bowing is just a gracious way to say "hello," to acknowledge a person. There are three etiquette guidelines for bowing: 1. First, always return a bow! Failure to return a bow is rude. 2. The person of lower status bows first. 3. The person lower in status bows lower. The bow is part of the ritual greeting in Japan. The Chinese may nod or use a slight bow. A slight bow also is used in Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and South Korea. While handshakes are used in most of these locations, adopting the local custom of making a bow shows respect for the individual and the culture. Men generally bow with their hands at their sides, palms down on their thighs. Women bow with their hands folded in front. There are variations and subtleties to the bow based on the individual culture. In Thailand, the wai (pronounced "why") combines a bow with a sort of salute. It is done with the palms together, fingers up (not folded or clasped) and a slight bow. The hands are usually at chest level. When performing this gesture, you say, "wai." The younger person does the wai first. In addition to signifying "hello," it can be used to say, "good-bye," "thank you" and "I'm sorry." The higher the hands, the more respect you show, although eye level is the highest anyone goes. In India, a similar greeting is called the "namaste." It is done with palms together and fingers up and together, usually at the chin level. It is combined with a nod. You say "namaste" (pronounced "nay-mast-tay"), which means, "I bow to you." It is a sign of appreciation. The host usually does it first, and it's polite to return it. Do this also for "good morning," "good afternoon" or "good evening." The bottom line is to know the traditions and practices of the nation where you are traveling or visitors you are hosting. Don't lose business or a client--or, worse; embarrass yourself or your firm--by being labeled rude or ignorant of acceptable international greetings.

Secret history About Area 51

No one on the ground or in Pakistan's air defence spotted Area 51's latest toy as it kept watch on Osama bin Laden's compound in Abbottabad, Pakistan, on the night of the US raid that killed the Taliban leader. Rather than one of the UFOs that the wilder fringes of the internet believe the military has stashed away at America's top-secret military site in Nevada, this "toy" was actually the latest Star Wars-type drone, or unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), developed at the base whose existence Uncle Sam only barely admits. Named the "Beast of Kandahar" after it was snapped at Kandahar air base in Afghanistan back in 2009, this stealthy grey batwing-shaped long-distance reconnaissance drone, officially known as the RQ-170 Sentinel, was a throwback to Area 51's golden age before the advent of the spy satellite put the spy plane out of business. While for the post-X-Files generation Area 51 will always be associated with conspiracy theories from aliens to time machines, for journalists such as Annie Jacobsen its purpose was – and, indeed, is – to develop and test the latest kit from the military industrial complex that helps to maintain America's superpower status. "Area 51 was the single most important Cold War facility as it was set up to push science faster and further than the Soviet Union," says Jacobsen, author of Area 51: An Uncensored History. "On one side of the road the Nevada test site was preparing for the Third World War, and on the Area 51 side they were trying to prevent it by developing air-surveillance technology. "Today, it is doing the same job competing with whoever America sees as its enemy, whether North Korea, Iran or China." Yet for Jacobsen one of the strangest things about Area 51 is that even in the age of WikiLeaks and Google Earth, she has "not seen anything ever leak out of Area 51", almost as if "the base is in a permanent state of lockdown". Sitting on the edge of a dried-up lake bed cradled by mountains, only 90 miles or so from the fantasy world of downtown Las Vegas, it is perhaps not surprising that it is hard to separate the myth from the fact of Area 51, or Groom Lake, as old-timers have traditionally called it. Even "Area 51" sounds like an exercise in branding, as do its other names of Dreamland, Paradise Ranch or Homey Airport. And there is something sinisterly not-quite-real about the "use of deadly force authorised" signs that stand guard on the base's perimeter. Which can be found just inside the 4,687 square miles of the Nevada Test and Training Range and right next to the 1,350 square miles of the Nevada Test Site, where hundreds of nuclear weapons were exploded above and below ground until the test ban treaties of 1963 and 1996. However, recent declassified documents have helped to shed light on the facts behind the myths of Area 51, from the U-2 spy plane missions that helped to unlock the secrets of the Soviet Union in the 1950s to the groundbreaking stealthy A12 that was obsolete before it even first served its country, and the record-breakingly fast recon plane the SR-71 Blackbird, which helped to spot North Vietnamese missile bases in the late 1960s and 1970s; and from the beginnings of stealth technology to the development of the F-117 stealth fighter itself, which was one of the few allied aircraft able to penetrate the air defences around downtown Baghdad and then bomb accurately. Also brought to light was the test flying of "acquired" Soviet MIG fighters in mock combat situations, which led to the founding of the Top Gun pilot programme made famous by the 1980s film of the same name. The isolation of the base may be one good reason why the Beast of Kandahar was discovered on the opposite side of the world and not in Nevada. Along with the ability to time testing activities for when spy satellites have already passed the base it also allows for the capacity to "go underground" to avoid prying eyes. Yet for Annie Jacobsen it is the "need to know" principles of the special-access "black" programmes that run out of the base that account for the cloak of secrecy that has been maintained even in the age satellite photography. These principles were developed from the "mother of all black projects", the Manhattan Project, which saw the creation of the world's first nuclear bomb during the Second World War. And sometimes, like in a blockbuster movie, even the President doesn't need to know. According to Jacobsen, during the 1994 enquiry into allegations of human radiation experiments during the Cold War, "certain records involving programmes at Area 51 were kept from President Clinton because he didn't have a need to know". For ex-Area 51 radar man Thornton D Barnes, founder of the Area 51 veterans' association Roadrunners Internationale, the need to know meant that "everything was compartmentalised", with only a small number of highly screened workers allowed to remain permanently on the base. Everyone else had to fly in from Vegas to "prevent fresh faces showing up in the local communities and drawing attention to something that might be going on". "Venturing into an area or showing an interest in something while lacking a need to know instantly banned an individual from the Area and the programme." And that wasn't all. "We were often away from our families Monday through Thursday and we couldn't tell them where we were or what we did. "Even now we have retired, we don't ask each other questions about what we did unless we know that it has been declassified." According to Bill Sweetman, editor-in-chief of defence technology for Aviation Week, simply "pulling out the plug" and "supergluing USB ports" has also helped to keep these black programmes disconnected from our interconnected world. "Along with the traditional black techniques of the need to know and using a small number of slightly frightened people, these programmes have either now been disconnected from the internet or have never been connected to it in the first place, and the resulting 'air gap system' has prevented them from being compromised by Chinese hackers, like so many other programmes have been." So successful are the secrecy techniques that it's clear that we are going to see more – not fewer – of these black programmes. However, Sweetman believes that – along with strict secrecy – "black propaganda" helps to keep Area 51's secrets. "There were certainly deliberate disinformation campaigns to generate a lot of noise about UFOs back in the 1950s and 1960s to cover secret flights of planes like the U-2, and then again in the late 1970s and early 1980s to link Area 51 to UFOs through 'fake' documents and eyewitness accounts of alien technology – and even alien bodies." The goal, he believes, was originally to mask the rebuilding of the base and then to stop people "asking why is there this huge secret and expensive military base in the middle of the desert". Annie Jacobsen has real fears about the "lack of respect for the constitution" that this level of secrecy can entail. The construction in 2007 of a new hangar twice the size of any other at Area 51 and another large hangar in 2010 meant that something was going on – but the public doesn't have a need to know. It is possible to look at the Beast of Kandahar for clues as to what the new project might be, or even at the stealthy Special Forces Black Hawk helicopters that were also revealed or even compromised by the Bin Laden raid. The size of the hangars suggests that it could be early prototypes of the $4bn next-generation American bomber programme that are already being put through their paces down on Groom Lake. Whatever it is, the Beast of Kandahar is only the shape of things to come. "Area 51: An Uncensored History" by Annie Jacobson is published by Orion A British Area 51? If there is a British Area 51 then it is Area 51, says Nick Cook, former aviation correspondent of and now aerospace consultant for Jane's Defence Weekly and author of The Hunt for Zero Point. "Britain is just too small to have such a secret flight testing facility", he argues. "Boscombe Down is the closest thing we have to it, but the A303 runs right alongside so when a highly top secret US spy plane – that still hasn't been identified – crashed in 1994 it quickly made national headlines." As a result he believes Britain has cultivated a special relationship with the Americans in stealth technology. In the late eighties it became public knowledge the "RAF had an exchange programme with Area 51 that involved a small number of RAF pilots training on the F117 Stealth fighter. Then in the Nineties there were rumours of a joint US and UK stealth programme out at Groom Lake". While those stories have trailed away Bill Sweetman believes that this special relationship has carried as he has only recently heard fresh rumours of a "black exchange programme" for RAF pilots out at Area 51.

Why Do Honey Bees Swarm ?

A swarm of honey bees is very capable of reducing the most fearless man to a quaking bowl of jelly with eyes exhibiting sheer terror. Yet they are normally of no danger to man in this swarming state. Watching honey bees pour forth from a bee hive by the thousands and then swirling in the air above like a tornado while sounding like a runaway express train is indeed one of natures most awesome scenes to witness. So, what is this swarming all about ? Are these thousands of bees preparing to attack one of us helpless humans at any minute ? Not at all. They are simply engaged in their own unique technique to propagate their species. All species of life has its own way to ensure that its kind continues to live. A normal honey bee hive will go through the winter with a population of approximately 12,000 bees. The Queen Bee will start laying eggs in January for the purpose of building up the population to a workforce of about 50,000 to 60,000 honey bees to maximize its ability during the height of the flowering season in Spring to gather nectar to bring back to the hive and turn into honey to be stored for the forthcoming winter as a food supply. Beekeepers actually rob the bee hive of its excess stores making sure they leave enough for the bees to store to live on through the oncoming winter season when there are no flowers in bloom from which the bees gather their nectar. When a bee hive, be it in the wild or in a beekeepers bee hive, sees that it is running out of room to store honey, they know it is time for a large number to leave and seek to build a new hive to store an adequate supply of honey for the oncoming winter. Astute beekeepers who are properly managing their hives will anticipate this need for more storeroom space and add another box to the top of the hive “before the bees need it”. Not all beekeepers pay proper attention to their bee hives and hence some bee hives will run out of room and half the bees will leave with the original old Queen Bee in a swarm to seek a new home. When the Worker Bees see that they are shortly going to be running out of storage room they start their preparations to swarm. First, they build larger then normal cells on the bottom of a frame inside a beehive [or the bottom of a comb in a wild colony ]. These cells will look like small peanut shells. The workers will then induce the Queen Bee to lay eggs in these cells. The cells are then filled with royal jelly and when the egg transforms itself into a larvae it is sealed. The larvae feeds on the royal jelly. This excess food supply for the larvae plus the specific time spent sealed into the cell creates a new Queen Bee. It takes about 16 days for the egg in the cell to transform to a larvae and thence to a mature Queen Bee. On or about the 16th day the mature Queen Bee will begin to chew her way out of the top of the sealed cell. When she emerges she will immediately rush to each of the other Queen cells and thrust her stinger through the top of the wax cup to kill each of her rivals. There is only room for one Queen Bee in a bee hive ! After a day or two she will fly out of the hive and mate in the air with numerous male bees known as Drones. She will then return to the hive to live a life of laying up to as many as 1200 eggs a day during her laying season from January through about late October, dependent on the local climate. About three days before this Queen mentioned above first emerges as an adult from her Queen Cell a frenzy of activity is taking place inside the hive as the Worker Bees who will accompany their Queen Bee engorge themselves with honey to take with them as food supplies to carry them over until they can build a new hive elsewhere for themselves. While they are gathering food supplies some Scout Bees have already flown out of the hive to locate a good spot to build a new home. This spot could well be an empty bee hive, a special box set out by a beekeeper to entice a swarm to settle in, a hollow in a tree or even inside the wall or ceiling of your home, should they find an opening to access the same. Meanwhile, at the first sign of an unknown signal one half of the bees inside the hive start flowing out of the hive in the thousands. At some point the original Queen Bee will have left and sought the refuge of a nearby bush or maybe high up in a tree or even on a car bumper in the city. The thousands of bees swarming out the doorway of their old hive rise in the air and swirl about somewhat like a tornado funnel making the noise of a railroad train. As the bees are swirling seemingly madly about they are in effect sniffing the air to detect a pheromone given off by the Queen. This pheromone is akin to the light in a Lighthouse as it directs the swarming cloud of bees to where the Queen bee has alighted. The cloud of swirling bees slowly diminishes as the bees gather around the Queen and form the ball which is what most people see when they spot a swarm in one place. Meanwhile, if you will recall Scout Bees are out flying around looking for a suitable location to build a new bee hive. Once they have located a spot they fly back to the swarm and do a specific series of wiggling about, referred to as a “bee dance”. By means of this activity they are telling their work mates about this new place they found and providing directions on which way to fly to find it. Nobody knows how they decide which Scout Bee report is providing them with the best place to build a new bee hive, but somehow a decision is made and the entire swarm with the Queen in it flies off to this new location. Most swarms will fly off within fifteen minutes to an hour or so. On rarer occasions they may stay in place overnight. But be assured they will not bother you. Leave them be and they will leave. Should the Queen Bee falter due to an injury or is somehow killed the bees will stop where the Queen falls or is otherwise located and remain there until the Queen is able to resume flight or if she is dead they will not leave and will subsequently die. Without a viable live Queen Bee in their midst they are not capable of creating and sustaining a new bee hive. Once they arrive at their new hive site they immediately set to building new comb. The Queen must wait patiently until new cells are created for her to lay her eggs in to start building up a new work force as soon as possible and get on with the business at hand. Lawn and Garden Furniture

For those who love to spend time outdoors, lawn and garden furniture is an important part of their backyard. With so many choices, your outside space can be just as comfortable and stylish as indoors. It can function as an additional room without an expensive addition to your home. Covered patios, decks, and three season rooms allow use even when the sun isn't shining. More people are including all the luxuries of living indoors in their outdoor spaces. A place to sit and relax is probably the most important element of an outside space. Look beyond the usual aluminum patio table and chairs, and you'll find benches, swings, Adirondack chairs, and outdoor sofas and loveseats. Adirondack chairs are designed for comfort with a high back and low seat that curves to conform to your body. They are perfect for lounging and the arms are usually wide enough for resting your arms and a drink. The chairs, along with many benches and swings, are usually made fairly inexpensively with materials that naturally stand up to the elements, such as wood, plastic, or resin. Outdoor sofas and loveseats, on the other hand, can be much more expensive than Adirondack chairs because of the material from which they are made. The sofas are designed to be as comfortable as indoor furniture, with soft fabrics and cushions, but also to be left outside. Durable frame materials for outdoor furniture include aluminum, wicker, and teak wood, and fabrics best suited for outside use are acrylic or vinyl covered materials or canvas. Pieces can be sold individually or sets can include a sofa, loveseat, chair, end tables, and coffee table, as an indoor living room set might. Styles, finishes, and fabric choices are available to fit every taste. To make your outdoor room even cozier, an outdoor rug and fireplace are nice options. An area rug gives the space a finished feel and is available in weather resistant materials. A fireplace is cozy and extends the functionality of the outside space into cooler months. Free standing outdoor fireplaces can be purchased at discount stores for under $100 and permanent structures can cost more than $10,000. Outdoor areas are a great way to expand your home's living space and enjoy time outside. You will be surprised at the amount of time you will find yourself spending in your garden once you have created an area that you like and will enjoy being in. Considering the number of furniture options and prices to fit nearly any budget, there is no reason to suffer from "cabin fever" any longer.

Silver Salt Spoons

Miniature spoons have been quite popular with spoon collectors throughout history. One of the favorite acquisitions amongst spoon collectors are genuine silver salt spoons and if these are unobtainable then reproductions are the next best option. Salt Spoons A few hundred years ago salt used to be served like sugar in an open bowl. These salt bowls were quite small and meant for only one person to use. As a result there were several on the table during a Victorian dinner party. These salt bowls were called salt cellars and they required tiny silver salt spoons to extract the salt. These spoons were usually no more than 3 inches long with a bowl that measured around Ѕ an inch to ѕ inch across. Each sterling silver salt spoon was ornately decorated. As time went by the salt cellar became obsolete and the salt spoons became antiques as well as collectors' items. Today modern reproductions are being made and they have become quite popular amongst sterling silver salt spoon collectors. Food Pushers The food pusher is a child's utensil. Usually the food pusher would be accompanied by a small child size spoon. It was the tradition to give a sterling silver spoon and matching sterling silver food pusher to parents for their new baby. The food pusher was used when the child was a baby to push food onto the spoon during feeding time. As the child grew they would use the food pusher themselves in preparation for learning to use a fork. The food pusher has a flat handle so it is easier for small hands to grasp. In addition its shape prevents it from lying flat on a dish making the food pusher that much easier to pick up. The sterling silver food pusher was made popular during the late 19th century. Affluent families liked to throw elaborate dinner parties. An ornate table was set to impress the guests. This table setting included numerous pieces of silverware for the different courses. Even children had their own silverware set including spoons with long handles called pap spoons for feeding babies. There were also miniature spoons and forks for little hands as well as food pushers to push food onto a fork or spoon. Tea Caddies When tea first became popular in the early and mid 18th century, the loose tealeaves were kept in ornate boxes called tea caddies. To extract the tea leaves from these boxes the tea caddy spoon was developed. The handles were short to fit inside these small tea chests quite easily. As tea became more popular and easier to find the sterling silver tea caddy spoon was mass-produced and became less of a work of art compared to its predecessors. The earlier tea caddy spoons were usually hand carved and molded into romantic or earthy shapes. Tea Caddy Designs The most popular design for the sterling silver tea caddy spoon was the shell. It was thought the shell became popular because genuine seashells were actually left in side tea chests that were sent from China. Other earthy designs also became popular such as the leaf and flower. The sterling silver acorn nut spoon was another popular choice for a tea caddy spoon with the base of the spoon looking exactly like an acorn. From silver salt spoons to tea caddy spoons the 18th and 19th century were popular for the crafting of miniature utensils. Most of these tiny utensils were hand molded and crafted and took on many forms. This was especially true of silver salt spoons that were known for their kaleidoscope of the designs.

Creative Terran Vs Zerg Strategy - Mass Vikings Into Battlecruisers

Terran vs Zerg can be a hard matchup to play against since Mutalisks are so powerful against Terran. If you use this strategy then you won't have to worry much about Mutalisks, you'll be doing air harassment of your own. Start your base off by walling in with a Barracks and getting a fast Factory. Make a few Hellions and go harass the Zerg mineral line to slow down his income and teching ability. Then add a Tech Lab onto your Starport, research cloak and make some Banshees. Do as much mineral harassment as possible with your Banshees; kill Queens, Drones and key structures if you can. After making a couple Banshees and doing some income harassment make another Starport (w/ Reactor) and start making a lot of Vikings. Once you have around 12 Vikings move out and start killing Zerg Overlords. If you see a Queen or 2 all alone, land your Vikings and take it out. Use your Vikings to control air and keep up the harassment. Land behind the Zerg mineral patches to take out Drones. When ground units come take off and move to an expansion to do the same. When you establish map control, keep expanding and adding on Starports. Make two Armories as well to start upgrading your air weapons and armor. Once your income gets real strong throw down a Fusion Core and start making Battlecruisers. Battlecruisers are very strong against ground units. If Zerg goes for mass Hydralisks upgrade your Hellions with the blue-flame upgrade and make a lot of them. They will roast through Hydras very quick while they focus on your Battlecruisers.

Know The Basics of Building Facebook Applications

Everywhere in the Logo of hard to ignore. Began as a service that has helped local students to communicate and has grown to become a global phenomenon with millions of users access to applications and associated Facebook every day. The size of an audience of Facebook, it is a powerful platform for developers, as well as the ingenuity of the site. There are a wide range of applications already in use in Facebook and new opportunities for applications are limited only to the imagination of the developer. So, let's discuss some of the basics when it comes to create applications for Facebook. At first Must for any developer who hopes to write or install Facebook applications Facebook account first of their own, then you must install the application developer. Facebook Developer application allows you to create, monitor and configure applications. In addition, you will need to make sure of yourself and applications server running a server with Facebook developer. The advantage of this is that you can write an application in any language you know best. For simplicity, the examples in this article use PHP, but the process is the same no matter what language you use. Once you have a Facebook account, you can download the application developer, and you have a server ready to go, and you're ready to start developing your applications. However, some understanding of the Facebook platform to help you during the creative process. First, a clear description of the basic components in the Facebook Developer site of their own. Basically, the platform consists of three parts: API, FBML, and FQL. Of course the API to determine the ways in which communication and interaction with Facebook. FBML is Facebook custom markup language, in principle, be modeled on the HTML. Although similar to ColdFusion or ASP.NET and associated tag-based syntax, FBML pages will help you identify in your application specifically for the Facebook platform. Finally, FQL is Facebook Query Language, which is also the developer of the language Logo custom which is based on SQL. FQL is particularly useful when there is no means of Assistant at the Institute, but can also be used in its core FBML give developers an incredible amount of control over the details of the application. Facebook Tools and resources Like all development applications, Facebook has its own set of tools and resources that can help developers in a number of ways. Apart from the basic documents, and tools can help you correct API calls or the first disk FQL. Resources with Facebook, you will find a set of libraries for PHP and Java, as well as links to other libraries such as Action, cocoa, Cold Fusion,. NET, Perl, Python and Ruby. In addition, Facebook has the growth of a wiki community can help to answer any questions you may have about the details of Facebook application development. Because Facebook is a network of social media instead of complex, often containing layers on layers of pages of detailed information and this is certainly in the interest of the developer to familiarize yourself with the API and FBML. In fact, and FBML API allows you to address a lot of this information to a deeper understanding of these tools and terminology used on the site. Experienced users of Facebook, for example, know the difference between the latest news and your profile page and the need for developers. Step-by-step guide to create an application At this point, we will discuss briefly the steps taken in building a Facebook application. Of course, you will need to get a Facebook application developer to start, but here and there are some basic principles that should guide you through this process. 1. To begin creating a new application select "Set Up New Application" in the application developer. You want to name your application; you will also need to accept the terms of service. The API uses the private key so that it can acknowledge your request and your request Logo confidential use Facebook so that can authenticate your requests. Choose a secret to one that is easy to remember and difficult to hack as you would with any word on the Internet. 2. The next step is to configure a number of settings before you start writing code. As part of the section "Change Settings", you can get support and contact information, including your e-mail. 3. There is no need to call the URL and what should be the address that is stored on your application server. 4. The title of the page cloth is also essential, and this tells us where your order is recorded in the Logo. Developers usually want to match the URL on a web page with the name of their application so that it is easy to remember for users. This should be the URL of at least seven characters, and can include letters, hyphens, and underscores. 5. Then, Facebook will ask if you can add your request in Facebook, and of course, you'll want to say "yes." 6. To develop your application, click on "Save and Continue." While it is the most basic steps to create a simple application, configure your application to your host needs to be completed. However, advanced developers will find the process very simple to develop applications with Facebook. This process is streamlined and simple to encourage the addition of new applications and interactive and interesting from a large group of developers. It can, regardless of culture, language and applications, or place easily downloaded to the delight of the Logo a wide audience.
